From May 25, 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) will enter into force
In this regard, from May 25, 2018, Nenov Technik EOOD introduces the following changes to the Personal Data Protection Policy:
Nenov Technik EOOD, as a personal data administrator, processes personal data that customers provide when visiting our websites in accordance with the legal framework for personal data protection.
Nenov Technik EOOD, as a trader, guarantees its customers the confidentiality of the personal data provided. The latter will not be used, provided or made known to third parties.
Nenov Technik EOOD undertakes not to disclose any personal data about customers to third parties - government bodies, commercial companies, individuals and others, unless:
- there is the client's express consent;
- the information is requested by government bodies or officials who, according to the current legislation, have the right to request and collect such information and the trader is obliged to provide the information by law;
- the information is necessary for third parties to perform a service according to a contract concluded between the client and Nenov Technik EOOD - airlines, transport companies, courier companies, insurance companies and other service operators that are performed as part of or represent a separate service for performance.

Processing of personal data
When you visit our website, our web servers store data about the browsers and operating systems you use, the web pages you visit with us, the date of your visit, as well as the IP address assigned to you by your Internet provider for a period of seven days, for protection purposes, e.g. when recognizing attacks on our websites. With the exception of the IP address, personal data is only stored when provided by you yourself, e.g. when registering, in a survey or for the performance of a contract, such as the period of their storage.

Use and transfer of personal data and purpose binding.
Nenov Technik EOOD uses your personal data for the purposes of technical administration of the website, for customer management, for product surveys and for marketing, only to the extent necessary for the purpose and in cases of explicit voluntary provision by the customer.
The transfer of personal data to state institutions and authorities is carried out only within the framework of the mandatory provisions of the applicable legislation. Our employees are bound by an obligation to maintain confidentiality.
