How do I return an item purchased from the store?
1. Contact us by phone or e-mail at the online store to find out what the problem is.
2. Download the return form and fill it out.
3. Send the item with the completed return form to us by the courier with which you received the item. The courier costs are at your expense.
4. Items returned by cash on delivery are NOT accepted.
5. We examine the item to determine that it is the same item that we have previously purchased.
6. We pay the amount by BANK to the account you filled in the return form.
