All goods presented on the site and/or sold in the online store have a legal guarantee for compliance of the goods with the contract of sale according to Art. 112-115 of the Civil Code. The commercial guarantee does not affect the rights of consumers arising from the guarantee under Art. 112-115, from the Civil Code. Regardless of the commercial guarantee, the seller is responsible for the non-compliance of the consumer goods with the sales contract according to the guarantee under Art. 112-115 of the Civil Code.

The warranty for goods for which no period is specified is 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase of the goods, unless another warranty period is specified for the respective goods.

No warranty is recognized if:

- The conditions of the gantry have not been met.

- The goods are damaged as a result of incorrect operation.

- Legal repair attempt by the owner or another person.

- Damage is the integrity of the goods.

- The warranty period has not been met.

The repair of the goods in conditions of warranty is at the expense of the online store. If the goods are not subject to repair, then they are replaced with another one or the amount for this goods is reimbursed by goods receipt, cash receipt or bank transfer, the amount for the transport or courier service for the acquisition of this goods is not included. The transport of the goods to and from the store is at the expense of the owner.
