For Decks I use 2mm plywood. I cut and glue. I only foresee the holes for stirring in the hold. The more complicated task is the transition from the deck to the main deck, because there is an internal staircase there.

For the bulwark I use 0.4mm brass sheet metal, it is easy to cut with scissors and easy to file. I file the hull with a dremel where the sheet metal will lie. I also file the deck of the deck, where the transition will lie. I make a cardboard template for the bulwark. Then I cut the sheet metal according to it. On the deck I leave an allowance of 1-2mm on the upper edge, i.e. I make the faceboard 1-2mm higher than it should be. Because it is tapered and there may be a slight discrepancy between the cardboard template and the sheet metal. I make milling holes for better adhesion. I clamp the sheet metal to the board with a carpenter's tape. I solder the sheets together and finally pour epoxy resin.

I file the upper edge of the sheet metal to the required height of the bulwark.
